The Application is a SaaS (Software as a Service) tool designed to support the management of sports clubs, specifically martial arts clubs (Taekwondo).
Club (Licensee): An entity (company, association, sports club) purchasing access to the Application to manage its organization.
End User: A natural person using the Application within the Club's structure (e.g., Coach, Athlete, Parent/Legal Guardian).
Service: The electronic service consisting of providing the functionalities of the Application.
Within the Application, the Operator enables: a) Maintaining records of athletes and coaching staff, b) Managing training schedules and tracking attendance, c) Managing tournaments (bout order, calling athletes), d) Storing information regarding the validity of medical clearances.
To use the Application, it is necessary to have a device with Internet access and a modern web browser (e.g., Chrome, Safari, Firefox) or a mobile device (Android/iOS).
The Application is hosted on a cloud infrastructure ensuring high availability; however, the Operator reserves the right to temporary technical interruptions necessary for system updates.
The Operator provides only the IT infrastructure. The Operator is not the organizer of sports classes or tournaments.
The feature tracking the validity of medical examinations is strictly auxiliary. The Operator bears no liability for allowing an athlete to participate in classes or bouts. The verification of physical medical documents and the athlete's health condition lies solely with the Coach or the Club.
The Operator is not liable for errors in data entered by the Club (e.g., incorrect weight, incorrect National ID/PESEL).
Clubs gain access to the Application for a fee, based on the selected subscription plan/license.
Failure to pay the license fee on time may result in the temporary suspension of the Club's account until the outstanding balance is settled.
In the event of launching a payment module for parents (club fees) in the future, the Operator will act solely as a technological intermediary, and the payment processing will be handled by an external provider (e.g., Stripe).
Any disruptions in the functioning of the Application may be reported to the Operator's email address.
Complaints will be processed within 14 days.
